The Mad River flows through Ohio country side finally making its way through the downtown city scape of Dayton Ohio. It is here in the heart of downtown Dayton that the Mad River has one of the most spectacular water features that is not level dependant. On the hour every hour in downtown, a series of fountains of incredible magnitude from opposite sides of the river shoot into the center of the river. At the center point of all the side fountains there is the final center fountain shooting straight up. Pictures really do not do this place justice but here is a few.
