Lewisburg West Virginia is located in the heart of the blue ridge mountains. The Greenbrier River and Anthony River flow through and around this small town. Both of these rivers make for a great place for river stand up paddleboarding.

What makes blue bend so unique is that a underwater cavern collapsed at this location on the Anthony River making a 100 foot deep spot in this shallow river. The water in this deep hole is actually blue in color because of this huge cavern. This spot has been known as a incredible place for fishing and scuba diving as well.
