H2YO SupYoga Teacher Training Dec 13-15

H2YO = h2o + yoga … ommm on the water.

2013 is coming to a close. For most of us that means limited time on the water. The water temp is chilly or frozen, the winds start to get a bit unpredictable and the days are shorter. For me, it means a bit more indoor training of course, but December is a time to slow down and pre-plan the upcoming year.

I created H2YO SUPYoga & Fitness in 2009. There were a few of us teaching & reaching the athletes and yogi’s that found yoga on the water to be an integral part of sup & core training. I’ve been learning and teaching H2YO Training now for a little over a year and I’m super proud of the 18 certified ( 26+ trained) instructors. Boston, Michigan, Texas, California, North Carolina and Florida based yogi’s are the heart and soul of H2YO.

“As an experienced yoga instructor, I assumed I could figure this out myself. Taking the H2YO class was well worth every penny! Julie and her staff has this thing [supyoga] totally dialed in. I was able to implement her program immediately and get my business to the next level. With the profitability from my classes and picking a board sponsor, it was definitely a good move. I plan on taking a few more courses with Julie to get to the ‘master trainer’ level within H2YO”

December 13, 14 & 15 H2YO will be offering the Level 1 course at Channel Islands Outfitters in Santa Barbara California. H2YO is a branded style of yoga, developed as a platform for beginner to advanced paddlers and yogi’s to enjoy. It’s a SAFE, AUTHENTIC, FUN yoga on the water. There is probably a reason you saw this blog, perhaps you are interested in bringing your practice or your class on the water? If you would like more information or have questions on an upcoming training or yoga/ supyoga inquiry I would be so happy to hear from you.
Happy Holidays & off to a wonderful 2014!
